Hi, I've recently been contacted by some of you, wondering what baby planning is and how I can help you on your pregnancy and motherhood journey. Let’s deep dive into my world ☺️
Who am I?
I'm Claire, 34 years old. I've always been in love with babies, from my childhood dream of being a midwife 🤩 to my reality today. I started my nursing studies in 2009 and became a Nurse in 2015. In between, I worked as a nurse assistant to gain experience. I was eager to learn, jumping from one ward to another, until I entered my favorite one: NICU!
I loved it so much but realized how emotionally difficult it was to work with fragile babies, fighting daily for their lives 🥹
Then, I had the opportunity to move to Dubai in 2022 and get my Baby Planner Certification from The Parents Factory (a French institute).
I also became a mom during this journey 💛
What kind of certification do I have?
I'm a French registered nurse 👩🏻⚕️ (but not DHA certified in Dubai, as I’m no longer working in the nursing field). I have a Baby Planner Certification 👩🏻🎓 from The Parents Factory. I combine my unique blend of medical knowledge and professional experience with my own motherhood journey in Dubai.
How can I help you if you don't know which doctor to choose, or how Dubai’s healthcare system works?
I can help you choose your OBGYN, explain the differences between private and public systems, guide you through hospital packages, and more. Think of me as your compass in the Dubai maternity field 🧭
How can I help you manage your symptoms and know when you need a medical consultation?
As I'm not DHA certified and no longer in the nursing field, I’m not allowed to give personalized medical advice. However, I can help you understand what may require urgent care or a regular consultation, based on international general guidelines. I’m not a healthcare provider, I’m here to support you through your doubts and help you feel confident.
We can talk, share your concerns, and make the waiting period smoother, avoiding that harsh “Googling phase” full of misinformation that doesn’t apply to your situation. I like to say: "I’m a big mom taking care of young, stressed moms, not a doctor." 💆🏻♀️
And of course, I’ll always encourage you to seek medical help first whenever necessary. I can also provide wellbeing tips or refer you to trusted paramedical providers within my network.
How do I handle anxious moms and help them navigate pregnancy doubts?
I know exactly how it feels (I’m also a stressed mom and found pregnancy stress really tough.) That’s why my services are specifically designed to reduce your stress.
They’re evidence-based, follow international guidelines (WHO, etc.), and are built to skip the stressful information ✅
You won’t find the scary lists of “what might go wrong”, only a gentle, practical guide showing you how to act and why, to keep your little one safe at all times. Because when you ask Google, there’s no filter (you often find dramatic stories.)
And if you’re already stressed, you’ll believe everything you read, especially the worst scenario 😱
I also love to raise awareness about important baby safety topics that most parents don’t know about (and that can make a real difference).
For example, I can guide you through baby shopping phase, showing you which products are safe and which are dangerous or unnecessary, always adding a touch of fun to relieve pressure 😋
What’s the difference between you and shop advisors?
A shop advisor’s goal is to make sales, often only from their store’s products. 💰
I’m the opposite: I never push you to buy anything. Instead, I gently show you what you truly need, when to get it, where to find it, and how to use it. ⚖️
I’m not affiliated with any brand, so I can help you choose freely. It’s independent, honest advice.
For example, when I was nesting for my baby, I bought items from 11 different stores, because not all had what I needed or at the right price.
Being a parent is also about smart shopping, finding the right opportunities for every product you need 🏆
Ok, but can’t I just ask other moms?
That’s true: most moms ask other moms.
But sometimes, they can share unsafe or outdated advice, simply because it’s based on their personal experience, not on facts.
It’s 50/50: some tips are great, but others can be dangerous, as I see daily on social media. Nowadays, everyone shares everything (without filters or moderation) so it’s hard to know what’s safe.
You can always ask other moms, of course, but be aware that not everything online is safe. Some “trendy” tips can even have serious consequences.
Why do you REALLY need a baby planner?
Because it’s your one-stop safe zone! I handle the brainstorming and planning for you, finding what you need, solving your setup or layout issues, so you can simply enjoy your pregnancy and early motherhood without spending hours in shops or on the internet searching for “the perfect thing.”
It’s like having your 2.0 mom beside you, a mom who gives you safe, updated advice, not the ones from 30 years ago 😉
What are your areas of expertise?

I know the baby gear field inside out: which items are practical, useless, dangerous, or truly must-haves (the real ones, not just what social media says 😅).
